The real Biang Biang deal

The hand-ripped noodles are perfectly chewy and the chili oil actually has heat and flavor, not just spice. Best Xi'an food I've had outside of Xi'an itself.

Lamb skewers off the charcoal

Ordered the cumin lamb skewers and the paomo — both came out fast and tasted like they were straight off a street cart in Xi'an. This is the real thing.

Worth the walk down the Ave

Went for the Rou Jia Mo on a friend's recommendation and ended up ordering three more dishes. Portions are generous and the noodles are made in-house, you can tell.
