The hand-ripped noodles are perfectly chewy and the chili oil actually has heat and flavor, not just spice. Best Xi'an food I've had outside of Xi'an itself.
The real Biang Biang deal
Wide, chewy Biang Biang noodles ripped fresh to order, charcoal lamb skewers, and the street-food flavors of Shaanxi province — steps from the UW campus on the Ave.

Every order of Biang Biang noodles is hand-ripped to order, and the lamb goes straight from the skewer to a charcoal grill. Nothing is pre-made.

Ordered the cumin lamb skewers and the paomo — both came out fast and tasted like they were straight off a street cart in Xi'an. This is the real thing.
Went for the Rou Jia Mo on a friend's recommendation and ended up ordering three more dishes. Portions are generous and the noodles are made in-house, you can tell.
